مشروع ” هنَ يقدن ” يهدف إلى تعزيز ودعم معرفة النساء الكويريات بإستخدام الأدوات اللازمة ليكنَ ليدهن القدرة كمُدرِبات وناشطات المستقبل داخل المجتمع الكويري ولخلق مساحة شاملة ومتداخلة وآمنة داخل المجتمع الكويري النسائي في مصر.
هذا من خلال برنامج تدريبي شامل (تدريب المُدرِبات – TOT ) وأيضا لفتح مساحة للتواصل والإبداع والمشاركة وتبادل الخبرات والتعلم من بعضهن البعض. وتضمن المشروع عدد من ورش العمل التي تهدف لتعزيز حركة المناصرة في المجتمع الكويري النسائي في مصر.
كما أنتج المشروع ( دليل تدريب المُدرِبات ) كمخرج أساسي من مخرجات المشروع، وذلك لدعم إستدامة وإستمرارية التعلم، وضمان وصول محتوى المشروع وورشة التدريب لكل أفراد المجتمع الكويري في مصر و المجتمعات الناطقة باللغة العربية.
The “Honna Yaqodn” ” They Are The Leaders” project aims to enhance and support the knowledge of queer women by using the necessary tools to have the ability as future trainers and activists within the queer community and to create a comprehensive, intersectional, and safe space within the queer women’s community in Egypt.
This is through a comprehensive training program (Training of Trainers – TOT) to open a space for communication, creativity, participation, exchange of experiences, and learning from each other. The project included a number of workshops aimed at strengthening the advocacy movement in the queer women’s community in Egypt.
The project also produced (A Training of Trainers – TOT Manual) as a basic output of the project, to support the sustainability and continuity of learning and to ensure that the content of the project and the training workshop reach all members of the queer community in Egypt and the Arabic-speaking communities.
المدرسة الكويرية تتضمن تدريب أفراد من أطياف المجتمع الكويرى بإختلاف ميولهم/ن الجنسية وهوياتهم/ن الجندرية على مستوى جمهورية مصر العربية
المدرسة عبارة عن ثلاث دورات لمدة سنة المدرسة تحتوي على الورش التدريبية فى الموضوعات المختلفة مثل : (حقوق الإنسان، النوع الاجتماعي، الجنسانية، النسوية، التغيير الاجتماعي، المناصرة ,الحشد والتأييد ,كتابة المشروعات, الأمان الشامل، التخطيط الاستراتيجي وريادة الاعمال )
تعمل المدرسة على إعداد كوادر تساهم فى بناء الحركة الكويرية على مستوى المحافظات والأقاليم التنموية المصرية المختلفة
بالإضافة إنها وسيلة من خلالها سيتم دعم الأشخاص المبدعين/ات من مجتمع الميم.ع+ من جميع أنحاء مصر والذين/اللاتي لديهم/ن أفكار او مبادرات وعلى استعداد لبدء مبادراتهم/ن او بدأوا/ن بالفعل في تنفيذها لتطوير مجتمعاتهم/ن
تعتبر المدرسة فرصة لفتح المجالات لطلابها من مجتمع الميم.ع+ للتعلم والتواصل والتعاون والحصول على خبرة عملية في النشاط الحقوقي وريادة الأعمال، وإضافة قيمة إلى مبادراتهم/ن وأفكارهم/ن الحالية
A project implemnted in 2017 that aims to create a safe spaces for members of the LGBTQIA+ community in Egypt through monthly sessions.
The topics discussed in these sessions vary and include: mental and sexual health, digital safety and physical security.
مشروع يهدف لخلق مساحات للنساء المثليات, ثنائيات الميل أو الكوير داخل مصر. بدأ المشروع في عام 2017 واستمر خلال عام 2018
المشروع عبارة عن جلسات نقاشية شهرية للنساء الكوير داخل مصر , المشروع يضم أيضاً مساحة رقمية للتبادل النقاشات و خلق مساحة آمنه لمشاركة ونقاش القضايا التي تهم النساء الكوير داخل مصر
المشروع أيضاً شمل انتاج سلسة رسوم فكاهية (يوميات ندى) وانتاج فيدو قصير(هي)الذي تم اختياره للمشاركة في مهرجان كوز السينمائي في فلسطين
حصلت بداية على جائزة الجمهورية الفرنسية للمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان في عام 2017 لتنفيذها مشروع النساء الكويريات في مصر
A project aiming to create spaces for Lesbian, bisexual and queer women in Egypt. The project started in 2017 and continued through 2018
The project contain: a monthly discussion sessions for the Queer women in Egypt. The project also includes a digital space for exchanging
discussions and creating a safe space for the participation and discussion of issues that concern the Queer women inside Egypt.
The project also included the production of a series of comic (Nada Diaries)and Short video production (SHE) that was chosen to be screned
in the KOz Film Festival in Palestine.
Bedayaa Organization received the Prize of French Republic for Human Rights Defenders in 2017 for implementing the Queer Women Project
in Egypt (Q-WEP)
The objective of this project is to develop a security plan and documentation
tools of violations against LGBTQIA+ in the MENA Region (Egypt, Sudan, and Algeria as example).
During the project period in 2015, Bedayaa worked on creating different models for Documentation Database where it can be used in many
countries in MENA to collect information about Violation based on SOGI.
